Prepaid account

Your prepaid account makes your payments easier by preventing the payment delays that can occur with bank transfers, credit card payments, PayPal, etc.

You can choose to credit your account occasionally or opt for the auto top-up feature. In order to enable the latter, you’ll have to set a threshold. Whenever your balance goes under that threshold, your account is automatically credited or an email alert is sent.

Manual top-up

To credit your account occasionally:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Select “Account history
  4. Click on “Credit my account”

You’ll then have to select the amount you would like to add to your prepaid account (€50 minimum) and click on “Credit”.

Auto top-up

With the auto top-up feature, you’ll be able to set a low balance threshold: everytime the account balance goes below that threshold, your prepaid account will be credited. You can decide how much will be credited in the same window.
