Find my FranceDNS login
If you have lost, forgotten, or you do not know your FranceDNS login, we offer two simple ways to find:
Search by email address or domain name
To do so, reach Your Account and use the tool Retrieve your handle
Retrieve your username via email
1. Access the recovery form
2. Indicate your email address in the field and click on <Search>
3. If a match is found, the list of possible logins will be displayed as a table
4. If no match is found, the message "No result" will be displayed.
You have probably been using a different email address when you have been setting up your FranceDNS account.
Retrieve your login via your domain name
1. Access the recovery form
2. Enter a domain name attached to the desired username in the appropriate field and click <Search>
3. If a match is found, the list of possible identifiers is displayed as a table
4. If no match is found, then the message "No result" is displayed.
Recovering a lost password
To do so, reach Your Account and use the Retrieve my password tool
Recovering a lost password
1. Access the recovery form
2. Enter your username in the appropriate field and click on <Receive>
3. You get your password to your ID email address
If your email is not valid anymore, you won't receive the password.
Both email and password invalids
If your handle email address is invalid, you won't get any password. In this case, you must follow this paper procedure :
1. Download paper form
2. Fill out the document and sign it
3. Attach a copy of your ID card and all the elements necessary to prove that you are the owner of the ID
