Setup your mail with Outlook PLESK
This tutorial will help you to set your mailbox with Outlook.
This tutorial is ok for Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016. Outlook 2003, 2007 End express are slightly different (though screens are likely the same).
Account Creation
We will now create your account to receive emails with Outlook.
1. Click on 'File' then 'New account'

2. Select 'Manual settings'
3. Select POP or IMAP account
4. Follow the chart below to set your ingoing and outgoing mail servers :

Note: cloudfxxx.francedns.com is to be replaced with your Plesk number ! You can find this information in the email we have sent you upon the hosting creation or on your FranceDNS account in "Hosting" >> "Web hosting" management, click on your domain to display the details.

6. In the 'Outgoing Server' tab
- Tick my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
- Select 'Log on using'
- Use the same settings as my incoming server

Ensure the data is as follow:
Incoming Server (IMAP): 993
Use the following type of encrypted connection : SSL
Outgoing server (SMTP) : 465
Use the following type of encrypted connection : SSL
Root folder path : INBOX
==> Click 'ok', and you are done, your mailbox is ready for Outlook
